Great message. 20yrs seems like a good number, do you feel that's the average for the people you've encountered and yourself? Or that's a traditional number.

In budo , train for a 1000 days and you'll be a beginner, train for 10k days and you'll be a master. Though these numbers seem big, I think thats about average in real life too :)

Generally good advice but cells do not go into oneness. That framing physicalizes something that is mental. People's issues, delusions or distortions are mental. Has nothing fundamentally to do with cells.

I agree with you, cells don't go into oneness, they are one already, working seamlessly without our conceptual grasp. So for me, my job is to allow that Oneness to work without my obstructions, whether mental or physical. But to grasp that one would have to do the work, physically, for quite a long time...

Why would the work be physical? There is no pure state without "obstructions." We don't even know if, or how, our mind state is affecting the body, let alone "the cells." If anything the liberated state is to get on with living a conscious life without worrying about your physical cells or obstructions. In other words, don't go looking for problems that aren't there.

I respect and understand where you are coming from.

Really not my experience. Never said pure state, though I like the term(thanks). And I do think there are such states, not momentarily, but like you said living a conscious life (souds good too). And some of these people don't look for problems(I didn't), they feel something really deep is off, and they are creative and honest with how they choose to deepen that. That's coming from someone who's been into martial arts for the past 34 years, daily meditator for nearly the same time, and also goes to therapy 1x a week. I think these many ways and methods of engaging with life don't overrrun each other, in my life they have been working really well together. And oh man, how good it is to touch and surrender into oneness. If you would like to chat more send me a DM.

Thanks for the repply.Have a great day!
