I am throwing caution to the young spiritual teachers out there. After a profound breakthrough, we need the space to receive this process for a long time.
I suggest an energetic body practice to learn to bring your cells into oneness and create a vessel to be able to manifest this in the world
I also suggest a time of casting off formal practice and discovering what is still there.
