"I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. ” Matthew 18

In all of my posts, I am trying to talk about and illuminate process. I don’t have much interest in explaining a different way to conceptualize practice. There are much more intelligent people out there explaining concepts. And I honestly don’t think that helps. I’m interested in trying to help people feel what it is actually like. Like, my feeling right now, what is that? Can I encounter my experience and change how I am interacting with my everyday life?

What I’m talking about here is not a metaphor. I’m not talking about how to place this idea in your mind. I’m talking about what happens when we begin to touch our experience, and allow it to be our compass.

Many people contact me and they tell me that they are having wild energetic stuff that they don’t know how to deal with. In my work, I am trying to get them to see that it is about how they are interacting with their experience, in their bodies, that needs shifting. More concepts will often just magnify the internal confusion, or keep it in their heads with no way to meet life. And this process often involves getting really simple.
